staycation policy

It’s important to us that each Guest is given appropriate information to make their stay as comfortable as possible. Here you can find details of our Homestay Policy on items such as Check-In / Check-Out times, Cancellations, Payment, and much more. For additional details, please contact the homestay management and speak to one of our friendly staff.

check in / check out policies

Our friendly staff will contact you on the day you check in via WhatsApp. Customers should settle their payment before entering our homestay. For customers who check in on other platform, a deposit of RM100 will be collected upon your arrival. 

Check-in / Check-out Time:
Unless otherwise stated in the specific rate plan terms & conditions, check-in time is after 3 p.m. and check-out time is 12 p.m. For early arrival before 3 p.m., it is recommended to contact our staff first.

ROOM RULES
 

Our homestay are using a lockbox which guests can open with a code. Our staff will give the code number after the guests settled their payment & fill the pdf form .

1. Cannot exceed 5 people including children. 

2. Guests are not allowed to bring outsiders/visitors into the unit.

3. Check Out - 12:00 PM - Please call/whatsapp our staff half an hour before leaving. A charge of RM 100/hour will be taken if you leave late

4. No smoking in the house

5. Shut off power after use/exit the unit

6. Don't throw trash & sanitary napkins into the toilet bowl

7. Halal food & drinks only allowed into the unit

8. No drugs/ alcohol

9. Maintain cleanliness in and outdoors. Throw trash in the bin

10.Place shoes/slippers in the unit

11. No noise inside the unit

12.Use the facilities of the unit regularly prudent and not wasteful

swimming pool rules
RM10 per person - 1 hour swim
12pm-7pm

1. Wear appropriate clothing

2. Don't sneak up if the pool is close

3. Use slippers

4. Bring your own towel

5. Do not litter 

6. Do not run

7. Food & drinks are not allowed

8. Take a shower before entering the pool

parking space

1. Tenants have to pay for their own parking space

2. Monday - Friday (RM 2.00 |First 2 hours )

3. Saturday, Sunday & Public Holiday (RM 3.00 | First 2 hours)

4. Payment using CASH will be collected at the parking bar (exit only) . If there is Sarawak Pay, payment can be used through the application

5. Motorcycles are not allowed to go up to the 2nd floor parking lot

6. Cars without OKU stickers are not allowed to enter the OKU parking lot

7. Tenants are not allowed to hang out in the parking lot on the 2nd, 3rd & 4th floor

 

It is forbidden to take items from to the house. The staff will make a police report if there is a theft.

The following items are not permitted in the homestay premises:

  • Animals of any kind

  • Flammable, explosive or otherwise hazardous materials 

  • Unregistered firearms or other weapons 

  • Objects of an unusually large size or in unusually large quantities 

  • Articles related to use in gambling, prostitution, smuggling or other illicit acts

  • Illegal drugs or other articles, the possession of which is prohibited by the laws of Malaysia

Our Homestay reserves the right to refuse entry to any guest found to be in possession of prohibited items. Guests shall be solely liable and responsible for all loss financial or otherwise, and damage that may be caused by such items.
